Posed in a series of letters written as the year 2012 approaches, the impending end of the Mayan calendar prompts a concerned father to write to his adult sons and daughters, describing how he has come to see a very different way of exercising life, not only for individual fulfillment but also for the greater good. For him, leadership for this new era takes on a very different perspective, moving from “getting out ahead of one’s followers,” to listening within for Truth and then leading life from that single inalienable premise.
